A seaside home bears the brunt of the ocean. This two storey house is metres away from high tide, up a rise, collecting the salty winds for a significant amount of time.
We gutted the home of older, inferior materials and replaced roof, walls and floors with new, high grade weatherproof finishes. The home is now rebuilt from the frame up, in strong, high quality, protective materials.
